5 star curd. Absolutely wonderful in cakes and put a spoonful on top of a chocolate cake, warm in the microwave and eat with yogurt. Adds something to the cake, and really brings it alive.

First time I’ve ever tried orange curd. Oh my goodness where do I begin. So refreshing and light. Can imagine making a chocolate sponge with this as a filling. Currently eating some toast Welsh butter and a generous layer of asaid mentioned product. Very very nice. Bought in a local farm shop during lockdown today.
