This is my favourite mayonnaise by a long way, once tried you are addicted. At one time it was with a hint of chilli but now it’s hot chilli. Whilst it does certainly have a kick, I’d put it more as a medium heat and with a salad it is delightful. Only problem I have is getting hold of it, I used to get it at a garden centre, but they stopped stocking it as it has a shorter shelf life than other Mrs D’s products, but I was a little surprised as I was buying two jars a month myself. Fortunately, I have now persuaded a local cheese shop to stock it, happy days.

My sister passed this to me to test the heat, the jar isn’t hers anymore, the flavour is amazing and the low warm heat is perfect. Ive used it as a dip for chicken wings, in a sandwich as a spread and a filling on a baked potato. I am officially addicted
