This is a lovely raspberry jam that I buy especially for my Victoria sponge and for sultana scones with clotted or extra thick double cream. This is a 5* review but, and I may be alone in this, in common with the blackberry and apple jam, also delicious, I could wish for a tad less sugar allowing the taste of the fruit to come more to the forefront. i.e. I’d prefer it a little ‘sharper.’ That said, they ate cracking jams.
