I’m a bit of a ginger addict and recently discovered youe ” Extra Ginger ” ginjer jam. I was expecting to be disappointed as other products I’ve tried have been fairly bland. This jam however is gorgeous, it improves so many things. I added a teaspoonful to my morning bowl of Porridge that I make with Oatmilk, it was transformational in adding that extra warming glow.
Can I ask if you could include the Extra Ginger Jam in your recipes page? I’ve already got a couple of ideas such as adding a teaspoonful to each of my eccles cake mixes, but a bit of inspiration wouldn’t go amiss.

A jar of this wonderful jam was given to us by some visitors earlier in the year. Unfortunately, it got buried at the back of the jams and pickles shelf for a few months! But, what a wonderful find at a time when you need such a discovery!! I’m just finishing it off and on this website to order some more. What else can I say?
